We are seeking a location for our laboratory that meets the following criteria:

Highly specialized laboratory space, adapted for work with chemical reagents, with an area of ​​no less than 90 m². This space can be divided into one room or two rooms with an area of ​​no less than 45 m² each.

Each room offered must:

- have two separate zones: one for laboratory work and the other for quiet work,

- meet occupational health and safety requirements regarding ventilation systems, including at least one fume hood,

- have a water and sewage connection and an electrical installation,

- be equipped with furniture suitable for laboratory work.

At least one of the rooms offered must:

- have a 400 VAC electrical connection,

- have a system for working with industrial gases.
